Presenting at NJ Conference for Women 2025

Presenting at NJ Conference for Women 2025

On Friday, October 3rd, I’m stepping out of my Newark home office (and let’s be real, my faded, pilling lululemons) to lead an interactive workshop at the NJ Conference for Women.

Where: Princeton Hyatt Regency
When: Friday, October 3rd, 7:30am–4pm
What: The biggest professional women’s conference in New Jersey.

The founder of Little Words Project and a world-record holding skydiver are giving keynotes.

Headshots, resume reviews, a networking palooza — the introvert in me would rather hide under the buffet table, but business me knows this is how great connections can be made.

If you and I meet IRL, be ready for a hug and for me to talk your ear off about the merits of menopause hormone therapy.

Maybe I'll see you there?

P.S.

On the podcast Risky Conversations, my fellow executive coach Sara Dean breaks down why impostor syndrome is a system, not a personal pathology (translation: you’re not broken, the system is).

Sara also interviewed me on her podcast Shameless Leadership, where I confessed:

  • discovering I was paid half of market rate as an analyst was my supervillain-origin story,

  • the science of hacking brain states is cooler than any Marvel plotline, and

  • Zen wisdom sneaks into my coaching even though, as a novice meditator with undiagnosed ADHD, I can barely sit still for more than 2 minutes at a time.
