And the part that means the most to me:

What We Actually Work On

The same principles I teach my clients? I finally applied them to myself with full commitment.

Here’s what changed:

• I stopped paying extractive “coaches for coaches” who pressured me to raise prices to justify the tens of thousands I’d spent on their programs.

• I moved out of an expensive apartment and lowered my overhead by four figures a month.

• I read Rich Girl Nation (two thumbs up).

• I maxed out retirement contributions and funded an HSA.

• And I doubled down on writing and speaking from my paradoxical, flawed, deeply human side — the part of me that actually resonates with clients the most.

On consult calls, I made myself a promise:
I’m not here to sell. I’m here to listen — deeply — to every word.

And the result?

My roster filled.
My stress dropped.
